ExPeRiMeNt with kadhi...:P

For the first time today i tried making kadhi (mum is after my life to learn cooking..:-x). I have always had this hatred for making food (even the thot of going to into the kitchen and tht for making food, irritates me) After a lottt of input from mum, i finally managed to make it in around 90 mins (not bad i guess for a first timer..:P). Burnt my hand in the process..:( Result: Turned out ok types. Major modifications had to done my mum. Also made rice to go with kadhi (had learnt 5 days back it frm a frnd). Conclusion: Making food is bad for my health. I hope i don't have to make it again. |
